Hospitality here is practical, not performative. It means answering enquiries honestly, confirming details in writing, respecting the rituals a family brings with them, and being present on the day without being in the way.
We would rather under-promise and be caught exceeding expectations than decorate this page with claims. What we publish about the property — capacities, timings, policies — appears only after it is verified. Where a detail is still being confirmed, we say so plainly.
